Your tasks

  • You work on the specification, architecture and design of our embedded software
  • You develop firmware for our IoT hardware
  • You commission new prototypes and evaluate new IoT sensor technology 
  • You write technical documentation of embedded software, develop test plans, and develop automated tests

What we expect from you

  • A degree in computer science, electrical engineering or similar.
  • Very good programming knowledge in C/C++ for microcontrollers, as well as knowledge with the programming language Rust
  • Knowledge of embedded Linux and IoT-relevant communication protocols such as TCP/IP, 6LoWPAN, REST, MQTT, Bluetooth and ZigBee is an advantage
  • Independent, structured way of working and analytical thinking skills
  • Initiative and self-discipline
  • Good English skills, both written and spoken
