Product Owner
HUM Systems GmbH develops software and hardware products in the field of IoT, which offer an essential added value to everyday life through security and comfort. HUM Systems GmbH has successfully established itself in the German smart home market since mid-2018. We are looking for an experienced Product Owner (f/m/d) who is enthusiastic about innovation, enriches our team with his or her organisational talent and communication skills and has the drive to help us develop our product.
Your tasks
- As a product owner in our Scrum development team, you will design new features, define technical requirements, epics and user stories around the topic of Smart Living
- You will work closely with the userresearch and user-experience team using design thinking processes
- You will work constantly on the customer journey and prioritize the product backlog
- You will plan and accompany the introduction of new features and services
- You will define KPIs and create reports for the economic success of the product together with the marketing team
- You will create salessupporting materials and train our customer support team
What we expect from you
- A degree in Business IT, Computer Science or a comparable qualification
- You have at least 3 years professional experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or Project Leader
- Experience with agile methods and design thinking
- Strong communicative and analytical skills
- Independent, structured approach with focus on pragmatic solutions
- Innovative spirit and handson mentality
- Fluent in English, German is a plus
